Arsyadany G. Akmalaputri
Director of Distribution, PT PLN (Persero)
Arsyadany began her career at PLN in 2006 as a Senior SCADA IT Specialist at the Bali Distribution Control Area. Since then, she has held a wide range of strategic positions across distribution, system planning, corporate communication and asset management.
Her previous roles include Manager of Distribution Control Area for Central Java, Manager of Distribution Control Unit in East Java, Senior Manager of Planning for PLN UIW NTB, and Vice President of Public Relations in the Corporate Communication and CSR Division.
She later served as Executive Vice President of Stakeholder Management and Board of Directors (BoD) Support, as well as Executive Vice President of General Affairs and Property Assets, before being appointed Director of Distribution.
With expertise in power distribution, operational leadership, stakeholder management, public communication and asset optimisation, Arsyadany plays a key role in strengthening PLN’s distribution reliability and enhancing customer service excellence.
