Nurlely Aman has more than 20 years of professional experience at PT PLN (Persero), with extensive expertise in corporate law, regulatory affairs, compliance, contract management and corporate governance. She began her career with the company in 2002 at a power generation business unit before joining the Corporate Headquarters in 2009, where she has since held various strategic positions in legal and regulatory functions.
Throughout her career, she has served in progressively senior roles, including Assistant Analyst, Analyst, Deputy Manager, Regulation Manager, Executive Legal Counsel, Senior Specialist, Executive Vice President and Senior Executive Vice President of Legal and Policy. In 2026, she was appointed Director of Legal and Human Capital Management at PT PLN (Persero).
Over the course of her career, she has played a key role in formulating corporate policies, managing the company’s legal affairs, overseeing contracts and legal business partnerships, strengthening corporate compliance, managing legal risks and providing strategic legal counsel to support corporate decision-making and organisational transformation.
